Minfis results are preliminary, AI-generated concepts. They are not design or construction documentation, they include no check against building or planning regulations, and they do not replace a licensed designer. The Terms of Service set this out in full.

Payments for Minfis are taken by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your purchase: it takes the payment, it issues the receipt, it calculates and remits any sales tax or value added tax due on the purchase, and a refund is issued through it. The service itself is provided by ANOMONUS - FZCO under the Terms of Service, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy says when a refund is due.
