1.1. Minfis, at https://minfis.com, is operated by ANOMONUS - FZCO, a Free Zone Company with limited liability registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Registered address: DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1.2. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean ANOMONUS - FZCO. "You" means the person or company using the service.

1.3. If you use Minfis on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. "You" then means that company, and the account is treated as a business account.

1.4. You accept these Terms when you create an account or use the service. If you do not accept them, do not use Minfis.

These words are used throughout with these meanings.

Service — the Minfis software service at https://minfis.com, including the website, the application, the files it produces and the support we provide for it.

Account — the record we keep of you: your sign-in details, your balance and your projects.

Team account — an organisation record that groups several accounts under a shared balance, with roles as described in section 6.

Brief — the text you write (or dictate) describing the site and what you want built on it. The brief is the only design input the service takes.

Project — one run of the service from a brief to a finished result, and the unit in which the service is sold. Section 7 sets out what one project includes.

Stage — one step of a project. The stages, in order, are: analysis of your brief, one clarifying question, exterior previews, your choice of preview, the 3D scene, realistic views, edits, and the booklet.

Preview — a generated exterior image offered to you before the paid line, so you can choose the direction of the concept.

View — a generated photorealistic image of the concept, produced after the 3D scene exists.

3D scene — the three-dimensional massing model of the concept, and the file you can export from it.

Booklet — the PDF document assembling the concept, the views, the sketches and the figures.

Edit — an instruction you write in plain language that changes a view, and a 3D rebuild is an edit that rebuilds the 3D scene itself. Both are counted against your plan's quota.

Output — everything the service produces for you in a project: the previews, the views, the 3D scene and its exported file, the booklet, and the written text in them.

Plan — Starter, Pro, Team, or the free plan. A plan governs how many projects you receive each month and which entitlements your account has. It does not change the price of a project.

Balance — the projects and edits credited to your account, spent as you use the service.

3.1. Minfis takes a written brief and returns a preliminary concept for a residential development: exterior previews, a 3D scene, photorealistic views and a PDF booklet.

3.2. The only design input is the brief. You type it, or dictate it using your browser's own speech recognition. There is no site drawing on a map, no plot upload and no photograph input. Any description of the service that says otherwise is out of date.

3.3. Every stage that produces an image, a scene or written text is produced by artificial-intelligence models operated by third parties. Section 10 explains what that means for you.

3.4. Video output is not part of the service.

3.5. We change and improve the service. We may add, alter or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you paid for and have not yet used, section 9 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

4.1 Registration

4.1.1. You can sign in with an e-mail address and a password, with a Google account, or with an Apple ID. Which methods are available is shown on the sign-in page.

4.1.2. You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

4.1.3. We do not verify your e-mail address at registration. If you lose access to the address you signed up with, you may lose access to the account.

4.1.4. Minfis is a professional tool, and you must be at least eighteen years old to use it. It is sold for professional use — by developers, investors, architects and the people who work with them — and not to children. Registration asks you to confirm that you are eighteen or over and that you accept these Terms. We take that confirmation at its word: we do not ask for a document and we cannot verify your age. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under eighteen, we close it.

4.2 One active session

4.2.1. An account may be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in anywhere ends every other session on that account, and the device that was signed out is told why.

4.2.2. This is a security rule, not a licence limit. It applies per account: colleagues in a team account each have their own account and do not sign each other out.

4.2.3. Sharing one account between several people is not permitted. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

4.3 Using the service without an account

4.3.1. You can run the free stages of a project without registering. In that case the work is associated with the browser you used — a random identifier kept in a cookie — rather than with a person.

4.3.2. This has two consequences you should understand. Whoever has that browser has the work: on a shared computer, the next person sees it. And if the cookie goes — cleared, another browser, a private window — the work cannot be shown to you again, because there is nothing else it is attached to. Sign in to keep work you intend to come back to, and do not run work you consider confidential without an account.

4.3.3. When you sign in, the projects that browser started while signed out become projects of your account.

4.3.4. The daily limit in section 7.6 applies to anonymous work per browser, and a wider limit applies per network address.

4.4 Closing your account

4.4.1. You can delete your account from the account page. Deletion removes your profile, your projects and their files, and anonymises what financial records we must keep.

4.4.2. Any balance left on the account is written off at deletion and is not refunded.

5.1. You can delete a project from your project list. Deleting hides the project: it stops appearing in your list and stops being served to you.

5.2. We do not promise that a deleted project is erased on a schedule, and there is no restore button. The stored files of a deleted project remain on our systems until they are cleared by hand. We say this plainly rather than name a period, because no period is enforced. Deleting your whole account does erase your projects and their files.

6.1. A team account groups several accounts under one shared balance. It has three roles:

6.2. The owner cannot be removed, demoted or suspended by anyone else.

6.3. The balance is shared. A member's balance is the team's pool. Spending by one member reduces what is available to the others, and the team statement shows the movements of the pool. A member sees their own spending; only accounts with the billing right see the plan and the payment details.

6.4. Projects are not shared. There is no shared project library. A project belongs to the member who created it: other members, including admins and the team owner, cannot see it, open it, edit it or delete it. What a team shares is the balance those projects are paid from, and the single subscription that pays for it.

6.5. A team includes 5 seats. Further seats are charged at $29 per seat per month, or $290 per seat per year, as an additional line on the same subscription. Seats count active members; pending invitations and suspended members do not occupy a seat.

6.6. If a team exceeds its seats, the most recently added members are suspended first, and the owner is never suspended. Paying for seats restores members in the order they waited. Removing a member frees their seat immediately; their entries in the statement remain.

6.7. Invitations are sent to an e-mail address and can only be accepted by that address. A person can belong to one team at a time. An invitation expires fourteen days after it is sent. After that it can no longer be accepted, and an admin sends a new one.

6.8. The free project described in section 7.5 is credited to a personal balance but is spent from the team pool. A team member whose team pool is empty therefore cannot spend it.

6.9. Creating a team account is not currently restricted by plan.

6.10. If your organisation needs a data processing agreement before using team accounts, write to [email protected]. We will talk it through with you; we do not today hold a standard agreement to hand you.

7.1 The unit of sale

7.1.1. The service is sold in projects. A project is not a subscription seat, a credit of computing time or a measure of output volume: it is one run of the service from a brief to a finished result.

7.1.2. A project costs the same on every plan. A plan changes how many projects you get each month, how many edits each project carries and which entitlements you have — not the price of a project.

7.2 What one project includes

7.2.1. One project includes, for one price:

• analysis of your brief and a clarifying question;
• a set of exterior previews to choose from;
• the apartment mix — how many apartments of which types and areas — computed by our code from the chosen concept;
• a typical floor plan and plans of the apartment types, drawn by a model as a scheme of a planning solution;
• project economics: a price band per square metre taken from named comparable schemes with links, revenue, an estimated build cost and a gross margin — computed by our code from those figures;
• a sales strategy written by a model from that same competitor table;
• the 3D scene;
• a set of photorealistic views;
• edits within your plan's quota, including a limited number of 3D rebuilds — one edit runs through every section it touches;
• the PDF booklet and the downloadable tables.

7.2.2. The number of previews and views produced is shown in the interface and may change as we improve the service. We do not guarantee a fixed count.

7.2.3. The section «Plans, economics and strategy». The four items above that follow the apartment mix — the floor plan and apartment plans, the market research, the economics and the sales strategy — form one section of the project. The apartment mix itself is part of every project on every plan, including the free one. The section is included in the Pro and Team plans; on the free plan and on Starter it is opened per project for $9, and a single project without a subscription may be bought with the section for $21 (section 8.3). Until it is opened, the project page shows the apartment mix and the price of the section; nothing from the section is charged or produced.

7.2.4. A section bought for a project belongs to that project. It is not moved to another project, and a rebuild of the 3D scene within the project's quota redraws the plans and recomputes the economics without a second purchase; the sales strategy is kept for the version of the building it was written for, and the page says which version that is.

7.2.5. The 3D tour of an apartment. For an apartment type whose plans are drawn (7.2.3), you may buy a 3D tour of that type for $10: a walk-through of its living rooms — each room a separate 3D world built from the plan's walls, doors and windows, joined by doorways, finished in one style and unfurnished. The tour is bought per project and per apartment type; it belongs to that pair and is not moved to another project, another type or a variant of the apartment mix (7.4.4), each of which is its own purchase. A rebuild of the 3D scene does not rebuild a tour: the page says for which version of the building the tour was built, and «build again» is a new purchase. The tour is built in several minutes; we write to you when it is ready. The worlds are generated by our provider World Labs (12.5) and every place the tour is shown carries the note «Generated using World Labs». The tour is a visualisation of the plan, not a survey: room sizes and openings follow the plan within its accuracy, and finishes and light are illustrative. We check the tour's rooms against the plan and its rooms against each other, and the page shows what those checks found.

7.3 Where the free line falls

7.3.1. Everything up to and including the previews is free, for everyone, with or without an account: the analysis of your brief, the clarifying question, the previews themselves, and choosing among them.

7.3.2. The project is charged when the 3D scene starts — at the moment you have chosen a preview and asked for the scene. That is the paid line, and it is the only point in a project at which your balance is reduced.

7.3.3. Everything after the 3D scene — the views, the booklet, and edits within your plan's quota — costs nothing further.

7.3.4. If a stage fails, the charge is returned to your balance automatically and running the stage again is not charged a second time. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7.4 Edits

7.4.1. Each project carries a quota of edits, of which a smaller number may be 3D rebuilds. The quotas are in section 8.

7.4.2. Edits beyond the quota are bought as a pack: 10 edits for $5. Edits bought this way are held on your balance and are not tied to one project.

7.4.3. Editing is instruction-based: you write what to change. We do not guarantee that an edit produces the change you had in mind, and an edit that returns a result you dislike is still an edit against your quota. A rebuild of the 3D scene replaces the model built from your chosen preview; after a rebuild the viewer shows the rebuilt massing, not the earlier model.

7.4.4. A variant of the apartment mix is an edit. Asking for another set of apartments — more small apartments, a family mix, and so on — produces a second apartment mix with its own floor plan, apartment plans and economics, computed on the same market research as the first. It is charged as one edit from the project's quota, and beyond the quota as one edit credit. Variants sit side by side in the project; the sales strategy is not rewritten for a variant, because it follows the market and not the mix. A variant needs the section (7.2.3) to be open on the project.

7.5 The free project

7.5.1. Every account receives one free project, once, ever.

7.5.2. It is granted automatically, at the moment you first ask for a paid stage with an empty balance. You do not claim it, confirm anything or provide a phone number.

7.5.3. No phone confirmation is required. That requirement was removed on 7 September 2026. Any text on the site still describing a phone condition is out of date and does not apply.

7.5.4. The free project carries 1 project, 3 edits and 1 3D rebuild. On the free plan, the booklet carries a Minfis watermark and export of the 3D file is not available.

7.5.5. Registration by itself credits nothing else. Beyond the free project, projects are credited only by payment.

7.6 The daily limit

7.6.1. An account may start at most 5 projects in any rolling twenty-four hours. The limit applies to starts, not to completed projects, and it applies to the free stages as well — it is what keeps free previews affordable.

7.6.2. For work without an account, the limit applies per browser. A further limit, several times larger, applies to all anonymous starts from one network address together, so that the per-browser limit cannot simply be reset by clearing a cookie.

7.6.3. We may lower this limit, or apply a stricter one to a specific account, if usage patterns suggest the limits are being circumvented. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

7.7 Balance

7.7.1. Projects and edits on your balance are not money. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or used as payment outside Minfis.

7.7.2. Projects you bought outright do not expire. Projects granted by a subscription expire under the carry-over rule in section 9.4.

8.1. Billing currency is the US dollar. Payment is by bank card, taken on hosted pages operated by Polar. Card details are entered there and never reach our servers.

8.1.1. Polar is the merchant of record for everything you buy from us. That means Polar, and not us, is the seller on the purchase: Polar takes the payment, Polar issues the receipt, Polar calculates, collects and remits any sales tax or value added tax due on it, and Polar is where a refund is issued when one is due. We provide the service itself, and these Terms govern how you may use it; the sale itself is made by Polar, on the terms it presents at its checkout, and Polar's own terms and privacy notice apply to that payment alongside ours.

8.2. Prices, quotas and entitlements as published:

8.3. Without a subscription, a single project costs $12; with the section «Plans, economics and strategy» it costs $21. A 3D tour of one apartment type (7.2.5) costs $10 on every plan, including the free one; it is not included in any subscription. An extra project on Starter does not include the section; an extra project on Pro or Team does.

8.4. The free plan carries 1 project in total (see section 7.5), 3 edits, 1 3D rebuild, a watermarked booklet and no export of the 3D file.

8.5. Entitlements that follow a live subscription — export of the 3D file, booklet branding, and priority in the render queue — are active while the subscription is active and lapse when it ends. Projects already credited to your balance are unaffected; see section 9.3.

8.6. Paying for a year costs less than paying month by month: 2 months of the twelve are free, 17 per cent below the monthly price. Projects on an annual subscription are credited month by month, not all at once.

8.7. Prices shown in the interface at the moment of purchase are the prices that apply. We may change prices; a change takes effect for you at your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.

8.8. Tax. Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Any sales tax or value added tax due on your purchase is calculated, collected and remitted by Polar as merchant of record, and is shown to you at the checkout before you pay. We publish no tax registration number of our own and we do not issue our own tax invoices.

8.9. Receipts. The receipt for a purchase is issued by Polar, to the address you give at the checkout, and it is the document for that purchase. Inside Minfis, your account's statement page shows what was credited to your balance and what was spent from it; that statement is a record of your balance, not a tax document.

9.1. A subscription credits projects to your balance each month and activates your plan's entitlements. It renews automatically until you cancel.

9.2. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the current period: the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your entitlements last that long. You cancel through the billing portal linked from your account page. That portal is operated by the payment provider that sold your subscription — Polar for a subscription bought from us today, and for a subscription bought earlier, the provider that took that payment. The link on your account page always leads to the right one.

9.3. Projects already credited are yours. Cancelling does not take them back. Entitlements are different: they end with the subscription.

9.4. Carry-over. Unused projects granted by a subscription carry forward up to a ceiling: 1 month of grants on Starter, 2 months on Pro, 3 months on Team. Anything above the ceiling is written off at the next grant and appears in your statement as expired. Projects you bought outright are never written off, and subscription projects are always spent first.

9.5. Upgrading takes effect immediately and tops your balance up to the new plan's quota; nothing already credited is taken away. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next period.

9.6. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

This section describes how the results are made. Read it before you rely on anything the service produces.

10.1. The output is generated by artificial-intelligence models operated by third parties. We send your brief and the images produced from it to those providers. We do not train the models, we do not control them, and we cannot reproduce a result exactly on request.

10.2. The same or a similar result may be produced for someone else. Generative models can return closely similar output to different customers from different inputs. We do not promise that your concept, your views or your booklet are unique, and you should not represent them as such.

10.3. Figures read off an image are estimates made by a model; figures in the apartment mix and the economics are calculations made by our code from those estimates. The number of buildings, the number of storeys and the building footprints are what a model stated, having looked at the images of your concept — the storey count in particular is the model counting floors in a picture. The apartment count, the areas, the revenue and the margin are then arithmetic applied to those inputs and to the industry coefficients we publish. Arithmetic on an estimate is still an estimate. No area was measured on site, no schedule was computed, and no engineering method was applied.

10.7. The price per square metre is taken from named comparable schemes, not from the model's memory. A search agent looks for schemes of the same class in the same city and shows you the ones it found, with links. Every price you see stands on such a scheme. If fewer than three schemes with a price and a link are found, no price is shown at all, and the section says so in words. The comparables carry the date they were found; the search is repeated after fourteen days.

10.8. The economics section is an estimate based on market data, not a valuation report and not investment advice. It does not follow any valuation standard, it is not prepared by a licensed valuer, and it must not be presented to a lender, an investor or a regulator as a valuation. The build cost is either a published figure for your city with a source shown, or, where none was found, a coefficient by class from our table — the section says which. The line "Estimate based on market data as of the stated date. Not a valuation report and not investment advice." is part of the section and of the booklet and is not to be removed.

10.9. The floor plan and the apartment plans are a scheme of a planning solution, drawn by a model from the apartment mix. They are not working drawings, not a design for review, and not a basis for construction. The areas printed on them are the areas from the apartment mix, not measurements of the drawing.

10.10. The sales strategy is a model's text written from the competitor table, the apartment mix and the economics. It is a starting point for your own plan, not a plan.

10.4. The 3D scene and the preview you chose are not the same object. The massing is built independently; where they disagree the massing is what the scene and the booklet reflect. A curved or unusual form visible in a preview may not survive into the model.

10.5. Written text in your booklet — the concept description, the staging and the materials — is also generated. It is a plausible description of a concept, not a specification.

10.6. Results vary between runs. The same brief run twice will not give the same concept.

10.7. We do not promise timing or completion. Parts of the pipeline depend on prepaid balances we hold with external providers, and on those providers being available. A stage can fail; when it does, section 7.3.4 and the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.

10.8. The output is marked as AI-generated. The 3D scene, the realistic views, the notice shown when you export the 3D file, and the booklet — on its cover and beside every view — carry a visible note saying that the concept was generated by AI and is not design documentation. Do not remove those notes from a booklet you pass on, and see 11.8 for your own duty to describe the output accurately.

10.9. Providers may in addition embed machine-readable provenance markings — including content credentials indicating that an image was generated by AI — into files we pass on to you. We do not add these, cannot reliably remove them, and cannot promise whether a given file carries them.

This section is the boundary of what you are buying. It is as important as the price.

11.1. No compliance check is performed. Minfis does not check your concept against building codes, planning regulations, zoning rules, fire requirements, insolation requirements, accessibility requirements, or any local norm of any country. There is no such module in the service. A concept that Minfis produces may be unbuildable, and nothing in the result indicates whether it is.

11.2. No technical-economic tables are produced. The figures in the booklet are the model's estimate (section 10.3), not a computed schedule of areas, densities or coefficients.

11.3. The results are not design or construction documentation. They are preliminary images and massings, for assessing a site and preparing a brief.

11.4. The results do not replace a licensed designer. Design and working documentation is prepared by an architect or an engineering practice licensed where you build. Minfis is a tool that helps you talk to them, not a substitute for them.

11.5. The results guarantee nothing about approvals. They do not constitute, contain or predict the outcome of any state review, expert examination, permit application or planning consent.

11.6. The results are not professional advice. They are not architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, valuation, investment or financial advice, and must not be relied on as any of those.

11.7. Decisions are yours. Any decision to acquire land, to invest, to design, to market or to build is taken by you, on your own judgement and at your own risk. We are not responsible for those decisions or for what follows from them.

11.8. If you present output from Minfis to a third party — an investor, a partner, a client, an authority — you are responsible for describing it accurately as a preliminary, AI-generated concept.

12.1. You own your brief. The text you write, and anything you supply with it, remains yours.

12.2. The output is yours to use. As between you and us, you own the previews, the views, the 3D scene and its exported file, and the booklet produced for your project. You may use them commercially — in a pitch, a brochure, a filing, a website — and you do not have to credit Minfis.

12.3. What we cannot promise. We give no warranty that the output is unique, accurate, original, or free of claims by anyone else. Our providers disclaim accuracy, warn that similar output may be produced for other customers, and do not indemnify us or you against intellectual-property claims. Section 10 explains why.

12.4. One part of the chain is not resolvable from published terms: the 3D display model is produced through a chain of providers whose public terms do not, between them, establish how title passes. We pass on what we receive and disclaim more than that.

12.5. The worlds of a 3D tour (7.2.5) are produced by World Labs, Inc. (Marble) from a depth panorama we compute from your plan and a text description of the finish. World Labs owns its technology; the output made for our paid account belongs to us under its terms, and you receive it under 12.2 as part of your project output. World Labs requires the note «Generated using World Labs» wherever the tour is shown, and we keep it there.

12.5. Your data may be used to train our providers' models. On the plan we hold with our image and 3D provider, that provider is entitled to use inputs and outputs — including your brief and your project's geometry — to train its models. We disclose this rather than let you assume otherwise; if it is unacceptable for a particular site, do not put that site into a brief.

12.6. We may use anonymised and aggregated information about how the service is used to improve it. That does not include your brief text or your project files being published or shared.

13.1. We own the service: the software, the interface, the pipeline, the prompts, the documentation, the Minfis name and marks, and everything on minfis.com that is not your output.

13.2. Your right to use the service is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as intended, for as long as these Terms are in force.

13.3. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the service to you, and nothing gives you a right to our name or marks beyond saying, accurately, that you used Minfis.

13.4. Feedback you send us — a bug report, a suggestion — we may use freely and without obligation to you.

14.1. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. It sets out what you must not do with the service, what happens if you do, and how to appeal a decision to a person.

14.2. Because the output is produced by third-party models, our providers' own acceptable-use rules also apply to you through us. Where they are stricter than ours, theirs govern.

15.1. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is used unlawfully, or whose activity threatens the service or other customers.

15.2. Where it is feasible and lawful to do so, we tell you what happened and why, and give you a chance to put it right first. Where the breach is serious or the risk is immediate, we act first and tell you after.

15.3. A suspension can be appealed to a person: write to [email protected]. The Acceptable Use Policy explains the process.

15.4. If we close your account for a breach, unused balance is not refunded. If we close it for any other reason — including discontinuing the service — the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

15.5. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account (section 4.4).

15.6. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do: sections 10 through 13, 16 through 18, and 20.

16.1. We aim to keep Minfis running and to fix problems quickly, but we do not offer a service level agreement and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

16.2. We perform maintenance and deploy changes, sometimes without notice.

16.3. Parts of the service depend on third-party providers. When one of them is unavailable, degraded, or has exhausted a balance we hold with it, stages that depend on it will fail. Section 7.3.4 covers what happens to your charge.

17.1. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

17.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly given in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

17.3. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, that any concept is buildable, or that defects will be corrected.

17.4. Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement under the law where you live.

18.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.

18.2. Subject to 18.1: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU, ON ANY BASIS CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18.3. Subject to 18.1: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE TOLD SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.

18.4. In particular, and without limiting 18.2 or 18.3, we are not liable for loss arising from a decision you took on the basis of a Minfis result — a land purchase, an investment, a design commitment, a marketing claim, a construction decision — or from a concept turning out to be non-compliant, unbuildable or inaccurate. Section 11 explains why: those checks are not part of the service.

18.5. You keep your own copies. We take backups of our database, but the files of your projects — images, 3D files and booklets — are not covered by an off-site backup. Download what matters to you.

18.6. You are responsible for your use of the output, including any claim by a third party arising from how you used it, and you will cover our reasonable losses if such a claim reaches us because of your use.

19.1. We may change these Terms. The current revision and its date are printed at the top of this document.

19.2. Each revision is identified by its date. When we publish a new revision of these Terms or of the Privacy Policy, everyone with an account is asked to accept it again the next time they use the service, in a notice that cannot be dismissed until they do. We do this because we should not keep serving a binding service to someone who has not agreed to its terms.

19.3. Material changes are announced this way before they take effect for you. Continuing to use the service after accepting a revision means you are bound by it.

19.4. If you do not accept a new revision, stop using the service and delete your account. The Refund and Cancellation Policy covers what happens to a subscription in that case.

19.5. This document is published in English. Translations are offered for convenience; where a translation has not been reviewed, the page says so, and the English text governs.

20.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.

20.2. Disputes arising out of or connected with these Terms are subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which have exclusive jurisdiction — subject always to 20.3.

20.3. If you are a consumer, nothing in 20.1 or 20.2 removes the protection of mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings there where that right cannot be removed by agreement.

20.4. Before starting proceedings, please write to [email protected]. Most disputes are a misunderstanding about what a project includes, and we would rather answer than litigate.

21.1. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service. They replace anything said before — in an e-mail, on a call, or on a marketing page.

21.2. Severability. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and that clause is read down to the narrowest form that works rather than struck out entirely.

21.3. No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.

21.4. Assignment. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a company that acquires the service, on notice to you, provided your rights are not reduced.

21.5. Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for failing to perform because of something genuinely outside our control — including the failure or withdrawal of a third-party provider on which the service depends.

21.6. Notices. We contact you at the e-mail address on your account, and through the application. You contact us at the addresses in section 22. It is your responsibility to keep your e-mail address current.

21.7. No third-party rights. Nobody other than you and us has a right to enforce these Terms.

21.8. Order of precedence. If these Terms conflict with the Acceptable Use Policy or the Refund and Cancellation Policy, those documents govern on their own subject matter and these Terms govern on everything else.
