Trace the boundary on the map and answer a few questions. We lay out the buildings, check the codes, compute the key figures and assemble a PDF booklet — instead of the 2–6 months an architecture firm takes.

Trace the boundary on a satellite image. Area, perimeter and country are detected automatically.
Country, height limit, housing class. The rest you can leave to the recommendations — it is 8 screens.
Several development options in 3D with full key figures, code checks and a PDF booklet.
Perimeter block, rows, towers. Rotate, compare by the figures and choose — rather than take it on trust.
Site-coverage ratio, FAR, sellable area, unit mix, parking, population.
Sunlight hours, everyday and seismic gaps, fire lanes, parking, play areas, greenery.
An A4 document with renders, plans and figures — ready to take to a meeting as is.
The set of codes is chosen by the site’s country automatically. This is not cosmetic: in Tashkent, at seismic intensity 8, the gap between the long sides of buildings must be at least twice the building height — the same site is built out fundamentally differently than in Moscow.
For Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan the codes are complete; for other countries an international simplified profile (a preliminary estimate). The basis used is stated in the figures and in the booklet — so the numbers can be traced to a source.
Trace the boundary on the map — and in a minute you will see what fits. The country is detected automatically, and the codes follow it.
